What is a fitting?
A professional certified bra fitter will assist you one-on-one to help you find the best fit and products for your needs.

How long does a fitting take?
A fitting is a personalized experience and will take as long as you need. On average expect approximately 30 – 45 minutes for your first fitting. Keep in mind we are a full service fitting boutique dedicated to the guest experience. We don’t want to rush any of our guests, so you may experience a wait on busy days.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary, but you can book a fitting if interested HERE. Appointments are recommended for bridal or formalwear undergarment fittings

What is your price range?
Fittings are complimentary. Our bras range from $50-$100 depending on the brand

Do you carry my size?
Our goal is help every woman find the right fit. We offer
Bras from 28-52 band sizes and A to K cup sizes. (European cup sizing)
If we do not have your size in stock, we will try to special order.

Do you make custom fitted bras?
We do not manufacture or customize bras; rather, one of our professional certified fitters custom fits you in bra that will be best for your shape and style.  A professionally and properly fitted bra will feel like it is custom made just for you!

Do you ship?
Yes, we offer free shipping for pre-paid in store special orders. We ship with the United States Postal Service or UPS

Do you offer bridal registry?
Yes! Our Brazen Wish list makes gift buying easy and will ensure that you get the right style, size and fit. Schedule a fitting appointment HERE

Can I bring my wedding dress/formal occasion-wear in to try undergarments on?
Yes, please do! We can still fit you without the dress, but having the dress is the best way to ensure that your undergarments are a perfect look and fit.  Can’t bring the dress? NO PROBLEM! You can bring pictures of you in the dress (BOTH front AND back) so we can see the neck line, back line, and bodice style.

What happens after I’ve placed my order?
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks unless they are on backorder. Please call us for details. 732-333-0259

What is your refund or exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds. Special arrangements prior to the sale of a garment may be made with the owner’s knowledge and approval for exchange ONLY within 7 days of initial purchase.  All approved exchanges must be in new condition, never worn, altered, or washed, AND must be in the original packaging with ALL tags. All sale items, hosiery, adhesive products, underwear and online sales are FINAL.  We pride ourselves in offering our customers intimate apparel in brand new condition.
